Potato
2 Bunches Swiss Chard (or spinach)
2 or 3 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice (Optional)

Instructions
Peel, cube,
and cook potatoes in water until done.
Add cleaned and chopped swiss chard.
After a few minutes, drain well.
Sprinkle with olive oil, chopped garlic, and
lemon juice.
Salt and pepper if desired.
