Full Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read this brief guide. To make your booking, simply follow the directions.
Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.
In these terms of business, the expression Villa Pape means the apartments ( self catering type of accomodation ) or rooms specified in the Client's confirmation and 'Client' means the person, firm or company making a booking or staying at the Villa PaPe. These terms apply to all bookings except to the extent that specific terms apply for a particular booking.

1. Prices

All published rates include VAT without residential tax. Accommodation rates are per apartment/room per night.

2. Availability

In the rare case that the Villa Pape cannot accept a booking, guests will be accommodated in another self catering or Bed & Breakfast type of accomodation of equal or superior standard. In the case of an act of God (strike, war, etc), Villa Pape will do its utmost to find an alternative accommodation in another self catering or Bed & Breakfast type of accomodation but will not be held responsible if this is not possible.

3. Bookings

Bookings must be guaranteed by paying 20% advance on our bank account.

4. Arrival and departure time

Arrival after 14.00
Departure before 10.00

5. Cancellations:

If the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival day, full amount of your deposit will be returned minus the expenses we'll have to return it.
If the reservation is cancelled 30 days before arrival day, half amount of your deposit will be returned minus the expenses we'll have to return it.
If the reservation is cancelled 15 days before arrival day, the deposit will not be returned.

6. Payment

Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
Payments can be done in Euro, Kuna, CHF or US Dollar.
Full payment ( minus the deposit ) will be taken by owners or emploees on your arrival day.
All additional sums are due for payment at checkout. In the event of any query relating to the payment, the Client must notify Villa Pape within 3 days of the bill date.

7. Car parking

Parking lot is within the Villa Pape yard surrounded by fence.
Villa Pape does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked in Villa Pape parking lot.

8. Children

There are not discounts for children if they are occupie the bed. Cots are available free of charge, subject to availability. Please request for extra childbeds and/or cots, noting the age of the child, in the comments when booking.
Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests within Villa Pape.

9. Dogs and other pets

Villa Pape regrets that it does not accept pets.

10. Behaviour

Villa Pape reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of Clients, guests or representatives, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by Villa Pape. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, Villa Pape may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.

12. Care of the property

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to the Villa Pape on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

13. Number of Persons in the property

The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stipulated on the website. Villa Pape reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

14. Right of entry

Villa Pape shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
